The Director General of the National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS), Professor Abubakar Sulaiman, has commended Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, CON, for his exemplary leadership and unwavering commitment to governance, describing his tenure as a catalyst for sustainable development in the state and across Nigeria.
In a statement marking the Governor’s 65th birthday, Professor Sulaiman lauded his dedication to public service, emphasizing his efforts in fostering growth and progress.
“Governor AbdulRazaq’s 65th birthday is not merely a personal milestone but a reflection of a lifetime devoted to service, guided by divine grace and a steadfast commitment to the welfare of his people,” Professor Sulaiman stated in a message signed by his Media Adviser, Mohammad Abdulkadri.
