Managing Director and Chief Executive of the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF), Barrister Oluwaseun Falaye, has commended staff of the organisation for their dedication and commitment, describing their hard work as the driving force behind the Fund’s progress and stability.

Falaye gave the commendation in his New Year message to staff, where he applauded their sacrifices and assured them that their efforts have been duly acknowledged by management.

According to him, the gains recorded by the Fund are a direct result of the collective support, sacrifice and unwavering commitment of staff to the NSITF’s mandate of protecting workers and their families.

Reflecting on his 17 months in office, the NSITF boss noted that the period had been challenging, marked by a difficult operating environment, institutional pressures and high expectations.

He, however, praised staff for maintaining professionalism, integrity and a strong sense of responsibility despite the obstacles.

Falaye said the challenges faced had tested the resolve of the organisation but also reinforced the importance of committed and focused personnel in sustaining institutional integrity.

He added that management and staff had jointly upheld high standards and remained steadfast in delivering on the Fund’s core mandate.

The NSITF managing director expressed gratitude to all staff for their dedication and assured them of management’s resolve to deliberately address existing challenges and reposition the Fund for future success.

He disclosed that, based on recommendations from the Executive Management, the Board had approved certain staff welfare measures, subject to further regulatory approvals.

Falaye urged staff to remain united and focused on the organisation’s shared vision, stressing that the future of the NSITF would be shaped by collective determination and resilience.

He concluded by wishing staff and their families a peaceful festive season and a New Year filled with renewed hope and confidence.
