The Vice President, Dr. Kashim Shettima (GCON) is billed to declare open the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC) 3rd National Conference on Non-oil Export.

NEPC’s Executive Director, Nonye Ayeni, who stated this in a statement in Abuja on Monday, said the conference is expected to draw participants from the public and Organised Private Sector (OPS), development partners, and the diplomatic community.

The statement by the Head Corporate Communications NEPC, Ndubueze Okeke, said the conference is expected to provide a platform for the convergence of multi-sectoral stakeholders and practitioners to articulate and collate positions on emerging issues relating to non-oil exports and develop a framework by industry stakeholders, policymakers, development partners, and SMEs with a view to proposing solutions to some of the challenges affecting the sector.

The conference themed “Promoting Non-oil Export for Rapid National Economic Growth,” is scheduled for November 12-13, 2024 with the founder and CEO, Centre for the Promotion of Private Enterprise (CPPE), Dr. Muda Yusuf as the lead Speaker.
