Benjamin Kalu, Sanusi To Lead Igbo Women’s National Transformation Conference

The Nkata Ndi Inyom igbo Foundation (NNIIF) has advocated for the need for dialogue as a way of addressing pressing regional and national issues.

This is as it said that Human Interaction in all sphere of life is required in fostering unity, arbitration and interventions.

The Forum stated this in Abuja ahead of it annual conference for the 3rd of December with the theme “Driving Transformation through Value Re-orientation, Inclusive Leadership and Sustainability”.

Speaking in Abuja ahead of the conference, National Publicity Secretary (NNIIF), Nnedinso ogaziechi, noted that the country direly needs series of productivity dialogue that can aid development.

“We believe that the country direly needs series of conversations for the exchange of ideas, more national bonding and functional productivity dialogue that can aid development”

“We believe that we as women are imbued with the qualities that can drive development. We have both the drive and natural instincts to seek and create solutions to problems without recourse to wars and conflicts”.

She said the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Benjamin Kalu is billed to chair the conference by the socio-cultural group of well accomplished Igbo women by ancestry or marriage.

Also expected at the conference is His Royal Highness, Khalifa Sanusi II, (Sarkin Kano) as the Father of the Day, Dame Timi Agary will be Mother of the day followed by an array of speakers.

The Founder and President General of the group is Iyom Josephine Anenih, a renowned social and gender advocate who was a former minister of women affairs and woman leader.
