The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Maitama Tuggar, has congratulated the Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs of Kenya, Hon. Musalia Mudavadi, as the nation marks its National Day.

A statement released by the Acting Spokesperson for the Nigeria’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kimiebi Imomotimi Ebienfa, says Ambassador Tuggar, sends Nigeria’s appreciation for the longstanding relationship between the two countries.

He highlighted ongoing efforts to build on these strong foundations for the mutual benefit of their citizens.

“On behalf of the Government and people of Nigeria, I extend our warmest wishes to the Government and people of Kenya on this significant occasion. We take pride in the excellent relations between our nations and remain committed to furthering our shared goals of peace, prosperity, and progress,” the Minister said.

  • Ambassador Tuggar reaffirmed Nigeria’s enduring friendship and support for Kenya and emphasized the importance of continued collaboration in advancing regional and global development initiatives.
