BORNO STATE GOVERNMENT PROMISES TO SUPPORT EL-KANEMI WARRIORS IN THEIR CONTINENTAL CAMPAIGN

Senior Special Assistant to Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno state on Youths and Sports, Idris Kemdy, says the state government would give El-Kanemi Warriors all the support needed to prosecute their continental campaign.

Kemdy stated this in an interview with newsmen on the sidelines of the 2024 President Federation Cup final at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, on Saturday in Lagos where El-Kanemi won the trophy, defeating Abia Warriors 2-0 and thus qualified to play in the 2024/2025  CAF Confederations Cup.

Kemdy restated that Zulum promised to give adequate support to the team in their continental campaign next season, adding that the team would not lack anything.
